Bio: Michael Contoudios Referee, Player & Coach


Michael started playing soccer at the age of 11 at Olympic FC, he was there for 25 years. His highest level was in the xxxx Premier League; he coached 2 year in the Reserves Grade at the age of 30 while still playing with the first team and reserves.


He went to play for Brisbane City for one year in their Reserve Grade.


Years later he went to play for AC Carina and stayed for six years, during this time he helped the team to win the Grand Finals in Metro 3 & 5 and runners up for metro 4.


Approximately in 2010 Michael started coaching the Holland Park Women’s team, this was the clubs first year at having a women’s team. He coached the women’s team there for 3 years and winning the Premiers & Grand Final twice in a row.


Michael is currently coaching the first women’s team at Ac Carina.


He has been a Soccer referee for 15 years.


Michael has been a valuable Futsal player for the last 15 years which included Senior & Open Regional’s for Brisbane South and was Champions for 4 consecutive years.


Michael has been a Futsal referee for 8 years. And holds a current Futsal License. During this time he has also been a Futsal coach.


Managing West End Futsal centre for the last 8 years, he has built it from 32 teams to 70 Teams.
