WEST END – HORAN STREET

Game Time: The games run on a 40 minute turn around – 17 minute halves. Games will run between 6pm to 9:30pm. Each week your game time will differ depending on the draw. 

Length of Season: The number of games will depend on the number of teams in the competition. The seasons can run anywhere between 12-16 weeks.

Cost: $85 per team per match to be paid at the beginning of each game which includes insurance, player registration and game fee. 
A bond of $170 is to be paid per team at the beginning of the season for entry into the competition. Teams will receive the bond back at the end of the season if no financial penalties are accrued through the season. Teams must pay for forfeited games if less then 24 hours notice has been given, you can pay either by using their bond or at the next weeks match. Teams can prepay at the beginning of the season and receive a 10% discount off the total price. 
No Pay, No Play.

Team Information: Teams must have a minimum of 5 players to register into the competition. BCF recommends teams have 6 or 7 reliable players in the team. Teams must all wear jerseys or shirts of the same colour with numbers. Shinpads must also be worn.

Juniors from 6.20pm to 9.30pm 
$190 per player, insurance and 17 weeks/games. 
Uniforms are $30 extra if required.

Juniors from 8.00am to 9.30pm

• Semi-Finals – Friday 11th February and Saturday 12th February 2018. 
• Grand Finals- Friday 12th February and Saturday 13th February 2018.

Entering a Team

(Team Contact Only) You will need all players names and Email addresses.

1. You can nominate your team online. Go to bybrisbanecentralfutsal.com.
2. Click on the Team Button and fill out the form. Your application will go to Brisbane Central Club Manager for Approval.
3. You will receive a return email with a link. Click on the link in the email.
4. You can then add the players in your team, all information needs to be entered “Name, Email Address and D.O.B etc.”. They will be sent an email when they register they will be added to the team. (Team Contacts will be able to log in and add more players if needed at any other times)

Euro futsal School & Academy from 12 pm depending on age.

Cut off numbers at 25 players so please show up before 5pm to secure your spot.

Monday Mixed Rules

1. Teams can have a whole team of men on the court at any one time but 1 female needs to be assigned to the team as a substitute or court player.
2. If a male scores 3 goals in a row then a female must score next.
3. All Female Goals are worth “DOUBLE”.
4. At the start of the second half, it goes back to either a male or female can score, irrespective of who scored the last goal in the first half.
5. Goalkeepers may not be changed after a penalty/free kick has been awarded by the referee (until after the conclusion of that particular free kick/or unless the goalkeeper has been injured and not able to continue playing).

TEAM REGISTRATION

Below is a list of what you need before you nominate a team or register a player into the competitions:

Before registering a team you need to have/know:

• A minimum of 6 players (if you do not have 6 players please let us know as we may have players to fill your team)
• The night on which your team want to play
• The competition in which your team will play in – Mens, Women’s or Social Mixed
• The Name in which your team will be called. 
• Two team Contacts, their phone number and email address (Team contacts are two reliable people who will be in charge of the team)
• Be able to pay Team Bond ($170) up front when registering your team and weekly match fee of $85 (inclusive of insurance), $85 fee for any friendly games or grading games that are organised. All teams MUST pay their match fees BEFORE the game. Night Managers and or referees have been advised not to start the game until full match fees are paid from both teams.

Pre Pay for the whole season is also available.

2.  Why Have I Received A Reminder For My Team?

You may have received a reminder notice from us asking that you make payment of your latest amount owing. When we text you your owing amount we make note of the date of the text. We allow two weeks for payment to be made before we issue a reminder notice.

Please be aware that payments can take up to 5 working days to reach us so, if you receive a reminder from us but have paid within the last 5 working days you can disregard the reminder. If you made your payment before the two weeks and have received a reminder, please contact us on 0417755917 (7am-8pm weekdays)

We also use a Debt Collection Agency (DRS) To prevent being referred to our Debt Collection Agency please have all owed money paid to us by two weeks.
